一、学院介绍

为深入贯彻国家文化和旅游部“文旅融合”与教育部“新文科”建设思想，浙大城市学院以浙江省、杭州市大力推进文旅产业高质量可持续发展为契机，于2022年2月13日正式成立浙江省首家国际文化旅游学院。

国际文化旅游学院的前身旅游管理专业始建于1999年，是浙江省一流本科专业建设点、杭州市新型专业，所在学科（工商管理学科：旅游休闲方向）入选杭州市一流学科。下设国际酒店管理、旅游创意策划、数字文旅（特色班）、旅游国际组织管理（特色班）四个方向，同步开设国际留学生项目、国际会展微辅修项目，致力于培养具备人文情怀、实践智慧、创新思想、数字素养、国际视野的“五位一体”高质量应用型旅游专业人才。截止2023年，旅游管理专业已培养21届本科生，为社会输送近2100余人。

师资力量

学院现有专任教师25人，博士后2人，其中26人具有高级职称或博士学位，100%具有海(境)外学习经历。教师水平受社会认可，入选国家文化和旅游部双师型旅游英才、浙江省“151”人才、浙江省之江青年、浙江省高校领军人才培养计划、杭州市新世纪"131”人才、杭州市社科优秀人才等。双师型教师特色鲜明。聘任英国思克莱德大学、香港理工大学、澳门城市大学等名校讲座教授、兼任教授11人，聘请业界高管担任行业教授40余人。

博士后薪资待遇包含杭州市补贴及导师津贴，年薪25万元以上，待遇优厚。具体可与学院联系。

三、导师团队

01邱汉琴教授

浙大城市学院国际文化旅游学院院长，特聘教授，中国旅游研究院学术委员会委员、联合国教科文组织香港协会副会长、香港大学教育资助委员会质量评审委员会理事会成员；journal of quality assurance in hospitality & tourism期刊主编。

02周玲强教授

教授，博士生导师，原浙江大学管理学院旅游与酒店管理学系主任，现任教育部旅游管理类本科教指委委员、中国旅游研究院学术委员会委员，《旅游学刊》编委;浙江省高校旅游管理类专业教学指导委员会主任，浙江省休闲学会副会长,浙江省旅游协会旅游规划分会会长，杭州市文旅人才协会副会长。浙大园正文旅研究院院长，从事专业与研究方向：旅游开发与规划、旅游业管理、旅游地管理。主持国家科技支撑计划、国家社科重点等国家及省部级重大课题10余项，各级政府和企业委托项目100余项，发表论著100余篇部。

03吕佳颖教授

浙大城市学院国际文化旅游学院副院长，钱塘特聘教授。原浙江大学管理学院旅游与酒店管理学系副主任，浙江数字化发展与治理研究中心研究员、浙江省文旅厅智库专家；浙江省151人才工程培养人员、浙江省社科联“之江青年”培养人员。美国加州州立理工大学访问学者，曾赴美国斯坦福大学，加拿大卡尔加里大学，澳大利亚昆士兰大学等访问交流。主持国家级项目3项、省部级和政府及企业委托项目多项。

04许骏教授

二级教授、硕士研究生导师，吉林省b类人才、吉林省拔尖创新第一层次人才、省重点实验室主任、国际数字地球学会中国国家委员会虚拟地理环境专业委员会副主任委员。

研究方向：大数据技术与应用、数字文旅、虚拟地理环境

international school of cultural tourism(isct) of hangzhou city university was established on february 13,2022.it is the first of its kind in zhejiang province,with on and off-campus facilities and amission to achieve academic excellence during the digital era.
